Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rajajp ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). 3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Credits held therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to rajajp support promptly. Providing false or misleading information at registration voids all rights arising from that Account.
3.4 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time access codes with any third party. rajajp will never proactively request your password through any communication channel.
3.5 If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. rajajp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.1 rajajp operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming standards and fraud-prevention obligations. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

4.4 rajajp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal above applicable thresholds, as part of ongoing anti-money-laundering monitoring.
Deposits may be made via the following supported payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata; and digital wallet platforms OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods and applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's payment page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered exclusively in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not accepted and will be reversed. Any costs associated with the reversal will be borne by the Player.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals to a different method require approval and additional verification.
Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page. As a general guide, verified Accounts can expect the following processing timelines:
rajajp reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct. Players will be notified of any such delay and given reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.
The Platform's primary operational currency for Indonesian players is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposit and withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and game results are displayed in IDR unless otherwise specified. 6.2 All promotional Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time of offer acceptance. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 40x the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount combined).

6.5 Bonuses are issued at rajajp's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any Player without providing justification.
7.1 All games offered on rajajp are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), and other certified developers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome mechanism, ensuring fairness and unpredictability.
7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published on the Platform and reflect long-term statistical probabilities. RTP is not a guarantee of individual session results. All games are subject to variance and chance.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, rajajp will take all reasonable steps to restore the game state or settle the outcome fairly based on server logs. Where restoration is not possible, the affected Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance.
7.4 Live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of each game variant as published by the provider. Decisions made by live dealers are final unless a clear and demonstrable error can be proven through video replay. Disputes are resolved by our customer support team in consultation with the game provider.
7.5 Sports betting odds, lines, and results are determined by third-party sports data feeds and official competition outcomes. rajajp reserves the right to void bets placed on events with incorrect odds due to technical error (so-called "palpable errors"). Where disputes arise, official competition results and governing body rulings shall be considered final.
8.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
8.2 Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation. Upon confirmation of the breach, rajajp reserves the right to permanently close the Account, forfeit all Balance and Bonus Credits, reverse any pending withdrawals, and report the incident to relevant authorities where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.
9.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphical elements, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and compilation of data, is the exclusive property of rajajp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit commercial use, redistribution, modification, or reproduction of any Platform content.
9.3 The "rajajp" name, logo, and associated branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent from rajajp management.
10.1 rajajp provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rajajp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.
10.3 rajajp's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, third-party service provider outages, force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government restrictions), or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
11.1 rajajp is committed to protecting Player privacy. All personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and customer support interactions is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11.2 By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 rajajp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Our Responsible Gaming page provides comprehensive guidance, self-assessment tools, and support resources.
12.2 Players may set voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
